Wall bracket based systems from SYSTEA contribute to significantly reducing energy losses in buildings and at the same time increase structural fire protection. Materials such as aluminum or stainless steel are non-combustible and particularly durable. In addition, stainless steel holders reduce the formation of thermal bridges and are therefore suitable for meeting the highest demands for energy efficiency.

System Features System Benefits
Statics Carries dead load of the cladding and resists wind loads
Aesthetics Allows for the levelling of irregular surfaces, ensuring precise alignment of the cladding elements for particularly good aesthetics.
High quality alloys Non-combustible for optimum fire protection and corrosion-resistant for a long service life
Sliding points Compensation of thermal expansion and contraction ensure secure hold
Sophisticated design Easy installation and high performance with the advantages of a complete system

Aluminum L-shaped Flex wall brackets
Non-combustible aluminum wall brackets made using alloy EN AW-6063 T66 have medium thermal conductivity (European class D to H). They are available in lengths from 40 mm to 320 mm and are used for fixing onto concrete /masonry and wooden/metal frameworks.

Feature Benefit
Special Flex back-hole pattern High cost efficiency thanks to only one
bracket version for all common substrates
Adaptable Allows for the levelling of irregular surfaces, ensuring precise alignment of the cladding elements for particularly good aesthetics.
Alloy EN AW-6063 T66 Non-combustible for optimum fire protection and corrosion-resistant for a long service life

Aluminum L-shaped Flex wall brackets (AFH)

Stainless-steel L-shaped wall brackets
Non-combustible stainless-steel wall brackets made using alloy EN 10088-2; 1.4162 have a very low thermal conductivity (European class A+ to B). They are available in lengths from 120 mm to 400 mm and are used for fixing onto concrete /masonry or for wooden/ metal frameworks. Suitable for the Passivhaus method of construction.

Feature Benefit
Special flange design High energy design efficiency thanks to material minimization
Adaptable Allows for the levelling of irregular surfaces, ensuring precise alignment of the cladding elements for particularly good aesthetics.
Alloy 10088-2; 1.4162 Stainless steel with very low thermal conductivity allowing thermal bride free constructions. Non-combustible for optimum fire protection and corrosion-resistant for a long service life.

Stainless-steel L-shaped wall brackets (EH)

Aluminum U-shaped wall brackets
Non-combustible aluminum wall brackets made of alloy EN AW-6063 T66 possess medium thermal conductivity properties (European class B to F). They are available in lengths of from 40 mm to 180 mm and are used for fixing onto concrete/masonry or for wooden/metal frameworks, mainly as a carrier for the ALKAPO subframe system.

Feature Benefit
U-design Special design for floor-to-floor application allowing minimization of thermal bridges and bridging of large spans. Also suitable for holding heavy facade cladding.
Adaptable Allows for the levelling of irregular surfaces, ensuring precise alignment of the cladding elements for particularly good aesthetics.

Aluminum U-shaped brackets (AUH)

Stainless-steel U-shaped wall brackets
These non-combustible stainless steel wall brackets made from alloy EN 10088-2; 1.4162 have a very low thermal conductivity (European class A+ to B). They are available in lengths from 60 mm to 300 mm and are used for fixing onto concrete/masonry or wooden/metal frameworks, mainly as a carrier for the ALKAPO subframe system. They are suitable for the Passivhaus method of construction.
