ALWI T3

Subframe system made from high quality aluminum for visible or concealed fastening of large-format cladding panels, e.g. made of fiber cement, aluminum composite material (ACM) or high pressure laminate (HPL).
In conjunction with an additional rail system also suitable for concealed fastening of natural stone, back fastended panel materials and terracotta/clay tiles.

The ALWI T3 subframe system is comprised of vertical L shaped and T shaped aluminum rails, wall brackets and optional accessories. According to their thermal load and requirements, the wall brackets are made of aluminum or stainless steel.

The cladding elements are fastened visibly to the rails using screws or rivets or are adhered concealed to the rails, screwed on as concealed sidings or fastened with a system rail.

The wall brackets are fixed directly to concrete or masonry. The wall brackets can optionally be fitted with an assembly aide to simplify working with them, which makes fixing and holding possible for the vertical rails.

The T and L rails are connected to the wall brackets using screws or rivets. When doing this, sliding points accept horizontal (wind) loads and fixed points accept horizontal and vertical loads (dead load). Constraint-free installation is achieved at the sliding points in vertical longitudinal holes. One fixed point is allocated for each support rail.

Thermostop elements are available as thermal dividers to minimise thermal bridging.

Protrusions of up to 320 mm with aluminum Flex L brackets and up to
400 mm with stainless steel L brackets.

ALWI T3 can be also used as a carrier system for horizontal clay tile system rail and as a carrier system for the SYSTEA rail systems UBE DUO and NASTO-N.
